According to Colin Tattum at the Birmingham Mail, Birmingham have agreed to a deal in principle for AZ Alkmaar striker Moussa Dembele and have begun talks with the player.
Dembele said, “The Premier League is the strongest league in the world. I know I can be successful in a big league … Birmingham City is the most concrete option, but other clubs have also showed an interest. I have waited for more options and now I have to look at pros and cons. I would like to decide by next week but in my head I have a preference.”It is reported that the deal is around £5 million.
