Nice striker Loic Remy has held transfer talks with Stoke City as he closes in on a move to the Premier League.
Remy, who has been hailed as the new Thierry Henry, flew into England on Thursday to begin negotiations with the Potters and is also expected to hold talks with Liverpool and West Ham United.
But Stoke are in the driving seat and have agreed a fee of around £10 million for the 23-year-old Frenchman, who scored 15 goals in 33 appearances last season, with Rennes also interested.
